We offer a wide range of services when doing a collision repair, such as: dent removal, paint services, frame straightening, glass replacement, and more.
Can you match the paint color exactly?
Yes, we use advanced color-matching technology to ensure the paint matches your vehicle's original color perfectly.
Can I go to your shop if I just want my cracked windshield replaced?
Currently, we only offer windshield replacement if it's part of the accident.
How do I know if my frame is damaged?
Frame damage can sometimes be visible, but often requires professional assessment. If you suspect frame damage, bring your vehicle in for an inspection.
Can you help with rental car arrangements?
We do not arrange for rental cars, however, many insurance policies cover rental cars during repair times.
How long will the repair take?
The repair time depends on the extent of the damage. Minor repairs might take a few hours, while more extensive repairs can take several days or weeks. We'll provide an estimated timeframe after assessing your vehicle.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our repairs for as long as you own your vehicle to give you peace of mind.
Can you repair any make and model?
Our skilled technicians are trained to repair all makes and models of vehicles. We don't do restorations on vintage vehicles, but can make referrals if you're looking to get your old school vehicle repaired.
What should I do immediately after an accident?
Ensure everyone is safe, call the police to report the accident, and contact your insurance company. Then, bring your vehicle to us for a comprehensive estimate and repair plan.

Do you offer loaner cars while my vehicle is being repaired?
We understand that being without your vehicle can be inconvenient. While we currently do not offer loaner cars, we are committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. We recommend checking with local rental car services, as some offer special rates for customers needing temporary transportation during vehicle repairs. Additionally, our team will work diligently to ensure your vehicle is repaired efficiently and promptly, minimizing your downtime. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Will you work with my insurance company?
We work with almost all insurance companies and can assist with the claims process to make it as smooth as possible for you. Insurance providers we work with: USAA, State Farm, Progressive, Geico, Country Financial, Umialik.
What should I do if my car is not drivable after an accident?
We do not provide or arrange for towing services, but we can refer you to our recommended people.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
We do not schedule estimates. Walk-ins are welcome!
Please Note: Estimators will be available Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, but take a lunch break between 12pm - 1pm.
Does my car get detailed after repairs?
While we do not offer a full-service detail, we do make sure that your vehicle is back to pre-repair condition.
